Shipping policy

Bully Balloons does NOT ship inflated balloons or balloon gifts. These items are only for local delivery or pickup.

​All merchandise orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays or weekends) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive an additional email once the order is complete and being shipped or prepared for pickup. 

​Please be mindful of delays due to high volume OR postal service issues that are beyond our control.

​You can avoid shipping fees with free local pickup at checkout. 

Free local delivery is available for orders placed over $25.

Local delivery will receive an email or text message that is provided during checkout to notify of our arrival. 

​If you have not received your shipped order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we will investigate this issue for you.
